Matrix Distribution Center

This project included ground up construction of a 600,000 square foot temperature-controlled warehouse for regional distribution of pharmaceuticals. Based on LEED-like design, the building features LED Hi-Bay and Low-Bay lighting controlled by built-in occupancy sensors throughout the space. UPS and emergency back-up for sensitive conveyor systems were also included.
