Kurt Kaehler began working for Perreca during summer breaks during high school in the mid-90’s. In 2005, after graduating from the IBEW Apprenticeship he joined Perreca full-time as a general foreman until moving up to the role of project manager in 2007. In 2021 Kurt was then elevated to Vice President before becoming President in 2024. During his tenure, Kurt has directly managed over 100 million dollars in projects that include some of Perreca’s largest to date. His expertise is in a broad range of High End General and Specialty Electrical Contracting, Design Build, Telecommunications, Fire Alarm, Surveillance and Access Control Systems along with Utilities, Renewable Green Energy and Powerhouse Construction. With 22 years of industry experience, Kurt is a proven leader that fosters an environment of mentoring Perreca’s future leaders which is crucial to the company’s growth. Also, an advocate for safety, Kurt’s commitment, and support to the company’s safety program has been vital to the company’s overall success. Additionally, Kurt plays a significant role in keeping our team up to date on ever changing code issues. He holds several electrical licenses that include all local and state plus holding a State of New Jersey electrical license.

Charles C. Tallardy, III has been in the electrical contracting industry since 1966. Since 1983, he was the President and sole shareholder of Perreca Electric Co., Inc. During April 2012, Carl was elevated to Chairman of the Board/CEO. The company initially started as a small service firm with few employees. He expanded the company’s scope to include and embrace new technologies and techniques while implementing industry leading safety and quality programs, by doing so, the company now employs hundreds of technicians and operates in several states.

Julie Forman joined the Perreca management team August 2007. She began her career in 1989 at Marden Harrison & Kreuter a division of JH Cohn obtaining the position of senior manager. She brings years of experience in dealing with construction contractors, real estate developers and managers. She handled all aspects of client service from traditional accounting and auditing services to tax services. She obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University in 1989. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) registered in the State of New York since 1993. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. In December 2009, she obtained her professional certification as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP).
