Kurt Kaehler embarked on his journey with Perreca during the mid-90s, initially joining during high school summer breaks. Kurt officially joined Perreca in 2005 upon graduating from the IBEW Apprenticeship program. Initially serving as a General Foreman, Kurt quickly ascended the ranks to assume the pivotal role of Project Manager in 2007. In 2021, in recognition of his exceptional leadership and invaluable contributions to the company, Kurt was appointed Vice President. His visionary approach and unwavering commitment to excellence culminated in his recent appointment as President in 2024, marking a significant milestone in his career. Throughout his tenure, Kurt has spearheaded projects totaling over $100 million, representing some of Perreca’s most significant endeavors to date. His proficiency spans a diverse spectrum of specialties, including High-End General and Specialty Electrical Contracting, Design Build, Telecommunications, Fire Alarm, Surveillance, and Access Control Systems. Kurt’s expertise also extends to Utilities, Renewable Green Energy, and Powerhouse Construction, positioning him as a versatile leader in the industry. With over two decades of industry experience, Kurt exemplifies leadership excellence, nurturing and mentoring Perreca’s emerging talents to ensure sustained growth and innovation within the company. A staunch advocate for safety, Kurt’s unwavering commitment and support for the company’s safety program have been instrumental in fortifying Perreca’s overall success. Moreover, Kurt remains at the forefront of industry advancements, playing a pivotal role in keeping the team abreast of evolving code regulations and standards. His comprehensive knowledge is underscored by holding several electrical licenses, encompassing both local and state jurisdictions, including a State of New Jersey electrical license. Charles C. Tallardy, III has been in the electrical contracting industry since 1966. Since 1983, he was the President and sole shareholder of Perreca Electric Co., Inc. During April 2012, Carl was elevated to Chairman of the Board/CEO. The company initially started as a small service firm with few employees. He expanded the company’s scope to include and embrace new technologies and techniques while implementing industry leading safety and quality programs, by doing so, the company now employs hundreds of technicians and operates in several states. Julie Forman joined the Perreca management team August 2007. She began her career in 1989 at Marden Harrison & Kreuter a division of JH Cohn obtaining the position of senior manager. She brings years of experience in dealing with construction contractors, real estate developers and managers. She handled all aspects of client service from traditional accounting and auditing services to tax services. She obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University in 1989. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) registered in the State of New York since 1993. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. In December 2009, she obtained her professional certification as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). Collapse
